Breathe On was established in 2022 assisted by a private donation from the estate of Edna May Conning (1929-2021)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The charity’s core purpose is providing decision support information to people affected by Long COVID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The charity is managed and administered by volunteers on a not for profit basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our mission is to be an honest broker in the process of living well with Long Covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to provide<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
• patient advocacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• a shared knowledge hub on living well with Long COVID <\/li>\n\n\n\n
• a range of resources to signpost patients to appropriate health and \/ or social services<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• a patient perspective on the development of integrated care pathways for Long Covid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
