Eliot, No. 4 of Four Quartets, 1943<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Breathe On was established in 2022 assisted by a private donation from the estate of Edna May Conning (1929-2021)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The charity&#8217;s core purpose is providing decision support information to people affected by Long COVID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The charity is managed and administered by volunteers on a not for profit basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mission is to be an honest broker in the process of living well with Long Covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to provide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>patient advocacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a shared knowledge hub on living well with Long COVID <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a range of resources to signpost patients to appropriate health and \/ or social services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a patient perspective on the development of integrated care pathways for Long Covid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"465\" height=\"115\" src=\"https:\/\/breatheon.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-597\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;We shall not cease from explorationAnd the end of all our exploringWill be to arrive where we startedAnd know the place for the first time&#8221; T.
